Elena Kagan is many things... but far from supreme...

During the 1990's, while advising then-President Bill Clinton, Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan falsified findings by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, in order to prevent a ban on the brutal partial-birth abortion. In other words, she lied.
Read more about it, from Catholic Online.
Not only that, but she believes that there's no place in Supreme Court rulings for natural rights established in the Declaration of Independence, but that she would look to other nations and their laws for guidance. She also believes that the government can tell you what foods you may eat. See this from National Review.
She apparently has the votes for confirmation. It's a sad day in America. Let us not forget who nominated her. He voted against the ban on partial-birth abortion. He refused to vote for the Infants Born Alive Protection Act, which requires doctors to save live aborted infants. He would have rather let them die. Elections do matter.
     Kagan is inexperienced. She's a progressive. She's a judicial activist. She's anti-military. She's a trans-nationalist. She is radically pro-abortion.
     She is far from supreme.
